1. Air conditioning foil
According to the manufacturer of aluminum foil Mylar, air-conditioning foil is a special material for manufacturing heat exchanger fins for air conditioners, and the early used air-conditioning foil is plain foil. In order to improve the surface properties of plain foil, anti-corrosive inorganic coating and hydrophilic organic coating are applied before forming to form hydrophilic foil. At present, hydrophilic foil accounts for 50% of the total amount of air-conditioning foil, and its use ratio will be further increased. In addition, there is a hydrophobic foil, which makes the fin surface have the hydrophobic function to prevent the condensation water from adhering. Because the technology of hydrophobic foil to improve the surface defrosting property needs further research, the actual production is very few at present.
2. Cigarette packaging foil
China is the largest cigarette producing and consuming country in the world. At present, there are 146 large-scale cigarette factories in China, with an annual output of 34 million cases of cigarettes. Most of them are packed in cigarette foil, of which 30% are sprayed foil and 70% are rolled aluminum foil. The consumption of rolled aluminum foil is 35000 tons. With the enhancement of people's health awareness and the impact of imported cigarettes, the growth of demand for cigarette foil has slowed down significantly, and it is expected to increase slightly in recent years. China's cigarette packaging foil accounts for 70% of the total amount of double zero foil. At present, there are two or three enterprises in China that can produce high-quality tobacco foil, and the technical level is equivalent to the international level. However, the overall quality of domestic tobacco foil has a certain gap with the international level.
3. Decorative foil
According to the analysis of the aluminum foil Mylar manufacturer, the decorative foil is a decorative material applied in the form of aluminum-plastic composite, which makes use of the characteristics of good coloring property and high light and heat reflectivity of aluminum foil. It is mainly used for decoration of buildings and furniture and packaging of some gift boxes. The application of decorative foil in China's construction industry began in the 1990s, and rapidly spread from Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other central cities to all parts of the country. In recent years, the demand has increased sharply. It is generally used as decorative material for the inner wall of buildings and indoor furniture, and also widely used in the door and interior decoration of commercial institutions.
